At the client’s request, the land plot situated along the shores of the Persian Gulf on one of the branches of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai was envisioned to be transformed into a lush green oasis. The three-story geometric villa building – the heart of the estate – was to be enveloped in vibrant flora. Each corner of the interior would serve as a masterpiece where one continually discovers new elements.

The designers and architects at OLT DESIGN brought this concept to life, meticulously integrating it into both the landscaping of the area and the villa’s interior design.

Elegant Public and Private Spaces

The architects at OLT DESIGN seamlessly blended luxurious modernism with elements of refined French classicism.to the exterior. The villa’s facade boasts durable natural stone. Its natural texture has a stylish restrained look at the public entrance side and harmoniously blends with the private area’s surroundings.

The exquisite villa design showcases a captivating fountain, its shimmering allure standing out against the backdrop of matte stone, while its round shape contrasts with the slender vertical bars on the facade.

At the center of the private area lies a grand pool that would captivate any avid swimmer. A cozy Surf hammock by Royal Botania is hidden in the shade of palms, and on the terrace, we have set up a summer barbecue area.

Greenery in the Hall

Responding to the client’s desire for a refined space where each area is an exploration in itself, OLT DESIGN team paid special attention to selecting decorative elements. Every item, lighting fixture, and piece of furniture was chosen not for monochrome simplicity but for its intriguing and contrasting blend of shapes and colors set against white walls adorned with delicate French-style moldings.

The hall captures attention with its captivating composition: a live olive tree surrounded by a decorative pool, lush greenery, black marble accents, soft ambient lighting, and a lamp resembling a classic sculpture. The walls of the hall are adorned with ultra-modern art pieces.

This area unexpectedly combines a bright Moooi sofa of unusual shape with a classic armchair, a vibrant rug exploding with colors, and delicate glass lamps. Even the fireplace stands out with its unconventional design – a wall niche in an elliptical shape.

Ambient Lounge Area

At the center of attention is an amorphous wooden table, its glossy texture mimicking stone rather than wood. The contemporary white sofa appears softer and more rounded against the contrasting rug and colorful Nautil Armchairs by Roche Bobois. The leaf-inspired ceiling moldings seamlessly merge the French style with a commitment to bringing nature indoors.

Modern kitchen

The kitchen is divided into two zones divided into two zones by an island: a cooking area and a dining space. Dark wood contrasts elegantly with light marble, accented by rich natural colors. Modern green chairs and captivating art on the walls add vibrant touches to the interior. An additional atmospheric element is the wine room, creatively illuminated behind a glass partition.
