Luxury Superyacht & Yacht Interior Design, Renovation, Reconstruction & Refit Services, Furnishing, Procurement & Delivery

OLT DESIGN collaborated with the icon of British yacht building, the Sunseeker shipyard. The three-deck motor superyacht Sunseeker 131 measures 40 meters in length and 8 meters in width. On board, there are 6 guest cabins, owner’s suite, main salon, and dining area, crew quarters, and technical rooms.

The client approached the OLT DESIGN team for the renovation of the interior and decks of the superyacht.

The yacht is named after the ancient French vineyard – Angelus. The owner aimed to capture French sophistication in the design, making it both elegant and luxurious.

To achieve this goal, OLT DESIGN designers proposed executing the interior in the luxury modern style. The concept is rooted in the essence of stones. Marble, quartzite, onyx, agate, and mountain crystal are used in the finishes, decor, and interior elements.

Let us introduce you to the interior of the Sunseeker Angelus superyacht.

Main Salon

The main salon combines a relaxation area, a bar with a wine refrigerator, and a dining area behind a partition.

The yacht’s interiors feature low ceilings and limited space. To compensate for these characteristics, the interior design incorporates many glossy surfaces that reflect light and visually expand the space.

For each room, we have chosen an accent color reminiscent of precious stones. The theme of stones is reflected in decorative items and a luxurious shelf made of backlit onyx. Attention to detail was a priority. The extravagant decor for this project was carefully selected and sourced directly from Parisian exhibitions.

The highlight of the space is the wine refrigerator specially designed for storing Chateau l’Angelus wine.

Behind the glass doors of the main salon one can access to one of the decks. This relaxation area is shielded from the sun and resembles a cozy lounge with comfortable Minotti sofas and Promemoria armchairs. To evoke a travel-inspired ambiance, designers incorporated traditional maritime elements such as wood, woven furniture, patterned cushions, deep blue, and bright white colors.

Owners’ Suite

The interior of the owners’ bedroom is airy, delicate, and luxurious. We used a lot of textiles in powdery shades — a nubuck bedhead, a soft silk rug with textured ornament, a bed and a bench, a pouf near a glossy white table, and tranquil-colored curtains.

The bedroom features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light during the day, and in the evening, the bed’s backlighting and refined lamps above the bed create a warm atmosphere.

The room has a separate seating area: a comfortable velvet sofa next to a modern round table and an elegant armchair where the light textile serves as the perfect matte background for sophisticated metal details.

In the stylish and functional dressing room with a limited space, there are convenient storage furniture, a large mirror, a double sink, and a spacious shower. The combination of natural wood and stone — white and smoky quartz — creates a sense of luxurious care.

From the owner’s bedroom, one can access the deck with a dining table and a relaxation area.

Guest Bedrooms

In the interior of this bedroom, designers preserved a light color palette and added vibrancy: rich purple accents, a seascape painting, and the contrast of warm veneer and cool silver. The precise geometry of nubuck panels near the bed emphasizes the delicacy of natural silk and the softness of velvet.

By the windows, there is a separate area with an elegant workspace and a seating spot with two geometric chairs and a contemporary table.

The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom is adorned with stone, setting the atmosphere for the entire yacht. Onyx inserts between white marble add a touch of natural luxury to the space

Other guest rooms are smaller in size, but each has its unique character and color scheme. An interesting detail in the guest rooms’ interior is the vibrant envelope-shaped pillows that bring a sense of travel to each bedroom.

OLT DESIGN ensured that every guest on the yacht feels comfortable. The cabins are equipped with everything necessary for extended journeys, from comfortable sleeping arrangements to thoughtful details in the bathrooms.

Deck for Entertainment and Relaxation

Another spacious deck is designed for various relaxation scenarios. Here, one can unwind in the custom built jacuzzi with a transparent edge, engage in sports using the exercise equipment beneficial during extended periods on the water, or sunbathe on the white loungers.

In the evening, it’s a perfect space for conversation and dining on soft sofas around a wooden table or enjoying drinks with friends at the bar while watching the sunset.
