The architectural style embraces modern and futuristic elements, with an unconventional roof design and an abundance of glass elements. Panoramic windows strategically flood the interiors with natural light, while the light facade ensures a cool ambiance throughout the day, harmonizing elegantly with the lush green surroundings.
Grand Entrance Area
The sophisticated entrance aligns seamlessly with the overarching exterior style. In its simplicity, it evokes a feeling of the building’s grandeur. The expansive driveway, free from superfluous details, provides ample parking space. The entrance is adorned with luminous stone, serving as an elegant complement to the architectural ensemble. Come evening, the entire landscape, including lush plantings and the manicured lawn, is softly illuminated, creating a serene ambiance perfect for unwinding.
Inner Courtyard
In the inner courtyard, a recreation area with a pool and a bar is situated. The facade of the building facing the inner courtyard is also made of glass. On the first floor, beneath the roof, horizontal perforated installations serve a dual purpose. They not only function decoratively, adding a dynamic element to the roof, but also provide shading. A significant area of the courtyard is occupied by the pool. The house’s terrace extends with a special wooden surface, featuring loungers and a retractable awning. One of the pool’s walls is transparent and adorned with marble, creating a bar area. In the evening, the pool is adorned with soft lighting.
