OLT DESIGN has presented an exquisite interior for a 40-meter yacht that blends creativity with a contemporary take on the tumultuous 1920s. Inspired by the theme of the ocean depths and the mysterious octopus, this design comes to life through intricate details and a rich, vibrant color palette, transforming the main salon into a space that can enchant even the most discerning connoisseur.

The centerpiece of the interior is a stunning mosaic panel adorning the spiral staircase, capturing the fluid, organic forms of the octopus. Overall, the interior harmoniously combines elements of Art Deco and Art Nouveau, while the dynamic design of the ceiling and columns showcases the work of a modern craftsman. The ceiling itself, predominantly white and complemented by soft lighting, is framed by a reflective black mirror canvas, creating an effect of greater height and spaciousness. Combined with the sleek modern columns and vertical patterns on the salon walls, the ceiling contributes to an overall sense of increased volume.
The yacht’s salon is furnished with Vladimir Kagan-style sofas that blend design and comfort perfectly suited to this style. The lounging areas are designed to encourage conversation and relaxation, radiating an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. The salon also features a vibrant bar area with a spacious wine fridge, ideal for showcasing fine vintages and entertaining guests. The combination of rich wood tones from mahogany and teak, accented by chrome and stainless steel, creates an ambiance that is both warm and avant-garde.
A standout feature of this interior is the circular dining area, thoughtfully designed for social gatherings. The dining space can be fully opened to connect with the surrounding environment, allowing guests to enjoy their meals along with breathtaking views. The deep yellow dining chairs and marble table, complemented by elegant decor, enhance the luxurious appearance while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Bold colors, intricate details, and exclusive elements make the main salon a perfect embodiment of luxury, paying homage to the glamour of the 1920s and contemporary craftsmanship.
