OLT DESIGN was invited to undertake a renovation and interior decoration project for both a Master Duplex Apartment and a Guest Apartment located within the Alhambra Los Granados residential complex in the picturesque Spanish resort town of Marbella.

The clients’ primary goal was to fully immerse themselves in the local surroundings, creating an ideal space for spending quality vacation time with family and friends.

Here we showcase how OLT DESIGN team revitalized the Guest Apartment amidst the substantial challenge posed by its demanding timeline, starting in early July and concluding by mid-August.

Living Room

The 160 sq. m. Guest Apartment, situated on the ground floor of the complex, features a well-planned layout with a roomy living-dining area, a separate kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Bedroom One

One can access the main terrace through the main bedroom as well.

To end the story here is one of the bathrooms equipped with a shower and stocked with best bath and comfort essentials ready to welcome its guests.
