Residential Interior Design in the US and Europe, Architectural Design & General Contracting
OLT DESIGN has developed the architecture and interior design of a luxurious villa on one of the branches of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Elite homes on this man-made archipelago are located on both sides of the road that connects the fonds to its trunk. It was important for the client that the entrance faced the driveway, while the private areas were situated in the inner courtyard near the shore.
Architecture
The villa is designed in a contemporary luxury style. The architecture features intricate lines with elements of futurism, making the house unique and interesting. For the facade decoration, textured plaster and natural travertine were used. The terrace ceilings are lined with wooden paneling, and the terrace deck is made of teak.
Waterfront Relaxation Area
Due to the sliding panoramic windows, the first floor seamlessly connects with the terrace in the inner courtyard. The slabs of the first-floor ceiling and additional awnings create areas where one can always seek shelter from the sun. Here, a space for relaxation is arranged with sofas and sun loungers by Exteta. You can actively spend time by the open pool or retreat to the secluded decorative pool with a waterfall for yoga.
In the evening, the pools are illuminated, enhancing the ambiance of the area.
Modern Luxury Common Area
Unexpected combinations of materials, shapes, and decor create an atmosphere of luxurious sophistication and dynamism. Against the backdrop of a large soft Minotti sofa, tables of sharp geometric shapes stand out brightly. The soft leather of the chairs is framed by rigid metal. Next to elegant marble, there is rough-textured stone. A chandelier on the dark glossy ceiling mimics a whirl of stones.
Art Lobby
In the lobby, textures of rough dark stone on the walls and delicate marble on the floor combine. Metal details abound, giving a special character to the space: lamps, wall decor, and furniture elements.
There is a comfortable and stylish waiting area visually separated by a rug and a chandelier with large crystals. And against one of the walls, we placed modern sculptures on massive glass bases with metal supports.
