The office of the consulting firm is a modern space located in the heart of Kyiv, on Ivan Mazepa Street. The founder’s goal was to create a functional and stylish space where clients would feel calm and confident, while employees would experience comfort.

In collaboration with the client, the interior designers from OLT DESIGN opted for a classic style, enhancing it with richness and distinctive details through the use of wood texture, glass, modern furniture, and voluminous panels.

Stylish Executive Office

The spacious executive office is divided into two zones: a work desk area and a meeting zone. The goal was to retain classical elements while lightening and modernizing them. To achieve this, the walls are adorned with light and dark walnut veneer. This contrast makes the interior dense and rich without feeling overwhelming. Chairs and tables are created by the famous Italian brand Giorgetti, a leader in creating furniture of unparalleled ergonomics and quality. The office doesn’t appear overly classic, thanks to distinctive details such as ceiling beams creating a rhythmic and stylish pattern, and a painting featuring a panoramic view of Kyiv, adding a vibrant accent.

Minimalist Reception

The reception area is designed in a restrained minimalist style in dark colors. For the aesthetic appeal of the space, it is adorned with 3D panels, the voluminous pattern of which is accentuated by the lighting, and a stylish sofa against the backdrop of elegant marble.

Classic yet Technologically Advanced Meeting Room

The meeting room is crafted in a classic style, featuring light tones and embellishments of wood and marble. These materials and colors are chosen to visually elevate the ceiling and enlarge the space. Dynamics and modernity are expressed through rhythmic placement of lighting and geometrically precise lines, while classical elements are found in gypsum decorative elements and furniture. The modern equipment within the room allows seamless communication with any part of the world, boasts a stylish appearance, and integrates seamlessly into the interior.

Transparent Offices

The workspaces are functional and minimalist. To visually expand the office space, they are separated by glass partitions. This preserves privacy, and together with comfortable furniture, creates conditions for undisturbed and comfortable work. The space between the windows is adorned with vertical panels—these additional elements prevent the corridor design from being empty, making it interesting, rich, and balanced.
