The Institute of Cell Therapy reached out to the OLT DESIGN team to develop the project for the Cell Therapy Clinic – an innovative medical center specializing in treatment using stem cells. This regenerative medicine has proven effective in combating numerous serious illnesses, such as diabetes, liver cirrhosis, and multiple sclerosis. Additionally, the clinic specialized in treating metabolic syndrome and conducting anti-aging therapy procedures. As the clinic was founded to accommodate patients from around the world, the location for construction was chosen in a quiet area in the central part of Kyiv.

The clinic’s founder envisioned this place in a unique way: he wanted to create the atmosphere of a comfortable hotel, combining it with cutting-edge technology, innovation, and adherence to medical standards.

The Institute of Cell Therapy turned to the OLT DESIGN team to develop the architecture and interior design of the clinic, aiming to bring the founder’s vision to life.

Modern and Harmonious Architecture

As a result of the collaboration between our interior designers and the experts from the Institute of Cell Therapy, a three-story building was designed and constructed under our supervision. It houses 30 rooms, doctors’ offices, procedural, massage, and cosmetology rooms, a restaurant, a SPA complex, and more. The complex resembles more of an upscale hotel for relaxation rather than a typical clinic.

Architecture is the first thing that the center’s clients see. When observing the building, a sense of trust, calmness, and confidence should arise. To create such an image, we combined two important elements: we favored clean and concise forms that emphasize modernity and technology.

For the facade decoration, we used materials in pastel beige and green colors, symbolizing life, harmony, nature, and tranquility. They also blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Reception Area Like a Hotel Lobby

In the interior design of the clinic, we utilized warm beige tones and natural materials such as marble and wood. The waiting area features a separate island with cozy sofas for the maximum comfort of visitors and staff.

Technologically Advanced Medical Rooms

The medical facilities are designed according to state building standards. Modern specialized equipment is seamlessly integrated into the interior without compromising its aesthetics. Natural lighting is incorporated into the intensive care unit through the roof. Each room is designed to be highly functional and technological.

Comfortable Rooms

The clinic’s rooms defy the traditional perception of medical wards. Designed with a hotel-like approach, they feature a mini-kitchen, guest area, and stylish furniture. Additionally, they are equipped with specialized beds and a call panel for staff assistance, and include spacious wardrobes for personal belongings and a separate room for accompanying personnel.

Facilities Like a Spa Hotel

Health is not just about treatment. The clinic is designed for comprehensive self-care and can rival a luxurious spa hotel. It features amenities such as a hammam, sauna, professionally equipped gym, and a reading zone – everything to improve physical and emotional well-being.

Exquisite Restaurant

On the third floor of the clinic, next to the gym, there is a restaurant that delights clients with sophisticated dishes. During the warm seasons, the terrace opens up, providing an opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors with a beautiful view of the park.
